This spacious apartment is located in the heart of Málaga, next to Plaza Uncibay. Fully renovated and decorated with luxurious details, it offers a very bright space with spacious rooms.
Upon entering the apartment, we find a hallway that leads to the rest of the property. To the right of the hallway is the kitchen, which is spacious and bright, fully equipped with a dining table and chairs.
Following a hallway from the entrance, we access the first bedroom on the right, which features a double bed (150x200 cm) and a wardrobe. Next to this bedroom is the living-dining room, which is very spacious and filled with natural light thanks to the large windows. The living room has a cozy dining area and a comfortable sitting area with TV and two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 8 people.
From the living-dining room, the rest of the rooms are accessed. Continuing down the hallway, we first find the bathroom on the right, fully equipped with a spacious bathtub. Further down the hallway, we access the second bedroom, which has a double bed (180x200 cm) and a large walk-in closet.
Halfway down the hallway is a full bathroom with a shower tray, and at the end, we find the third bedroom, which has two single beds (90x200 cm) and a built-in wardrobe.
The apartment boasts an excellent location, situated next to Plaza Uncibay and just a few meters from the Picasso Museum of Málaga, in an area filled with cultural and gastronomic options.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

I recommend 100%. Location amazing! I would only let who ever is staying here know, like majority of places in Malaga, you need to walk with your luggage all the way to the apartment but it’s worth it if you have hands that can help or just take the bags you can drag. The street where you would drag your bags is smooth so its very easy to do so. Other than that, Host is really nice and we definitely enjoyed it!

This apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Malaga. It is super spacious and very quiet being it has sound proof windows. You literally walk downstairs and everything is at your fingertips.

I visited Malaga with 2 friends for 3 nights. It was the perfect apartment in the center of the city. You are literally within walking distance of all major sites in Malaga. We had a car rental with the parking lot just around the corner, too. Rooms were clean, AC worked. A great place to relax and set up a base as we explored the city. The only thing I would change is that the 2nd shower needed to hang a shower head. Other than that I would definitely stay in this apartment again. The host was also great and responsive. She gave us plenty of restaurant recommendations.
