Great stay….cute and well kept home. Perfect location in Nacogdoches…Attending family reunion. Well decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Well stocked with anything you could need. Grandkids had lots of fun playing ping pong and board games. Maps wasn’t clear with location but once I realized it is in same parking lot with Butcher Boys restaurant we found it. Actually turned out great and ate at restaurant and parking was easy. Had a Blueberry Festival going on that weekend and was a plus. Thanks for a great stay.

Communication was clear, the house was clean and well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. My toddlers had the best time playing.

We liked the 3 rooms with great beds. However, the property really needs a deep clean and some updating - especially the bathrooms - One shower curtain had mildew on it and we had to take it down and wash it ourselves. The paint is also peeling in the wet areas. The baseboards and door trims have not been cleaned or painted in quite some time. In the bedrooms, the curtains have holes in them but all rooms need true blackout curtains. TVs were great and the game room and family room were awesome. The kitchen needs updating and the pots and pans were truly lacking. We think the knobs on the stove had been switched as well. One roach did crawl across the counter. We think the property has potential with some updates, but we did enjoy our stay.
