We offer you a 44 m² apartment that can comfortably accommodate 4 travelers. The apartment is composed of a living-dining room, an independent equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room, independent WC.
Closed garage. Sheets and towels are extra.

- A first bedroom with double bed 140x190 cm and closet
- A second bedroom with double bed 140x190 cm. Accordion door leading to the living room.

The apartment has a loggia of 5.8 m² overlooking the private green spaces of the residence, furnished with a table and 4 chairs and an armchair.

Located in a very quiet residence, the apartment benefits from an ideal geographical situation. You will be close to the sea. At only 500 m from the city center, you will be able to take advantage of its numerous shops and activities:
- Bakery, press, pharmacy in front of the church of Bourg
- Supermarket at 1.2 km
