Inside, the traditional cottage has been thoughtfully updated to create a bright and welcoming space. The living room has two sofas and a television with Freeview, and a separate dining room seating six leads through to the modern, fully equipped kitchen.

There are three bedrooms, one king size room and two twin rooms, making the cottage well suited to families and small groups. One twin room has an en suite shower room, and the family bathroom has a shower over the bath. Outside, there is a neat and spacious enclosed garden, along with private parking for two cars.

Comrie sits where Glen Lednock and Glen Artney meet, with mountains, waterfalls, rivers and wildlife all within easy reach. Walkers can enjoy the Glen Lednock Circular Walk or nearby Munros such as Ben Vorlich and Ben Chonzie, while Comrie Croft caters for cyclists and Lochearn Wake School offers water sports. Families may enjoy Auchingarrich Wildlife Centre.

Crieff is around six miles away, home to Glenturret Distillery and the Caithness Glass Visitor Centre, and a day trip to Perth offers Scone Palace and walks along the River Tay. The village itself is very walkable, though a car is useful for exploring the wider area.
