The open-concept layout features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and waterfall countertops, ideal for gathering after a day at the beach. Each bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom for added comfort and privacy.
Step outside to your private backyard oasis with a sparkling pool (optional heating), outdoor shower, grill, and dining area—perfect for relaxing evenings and family meals. Guests also enjoy access to Destiny East’s two community pools, tennis courts, fitness center, and clubhouse with a movie theater.

The house is just WOW. The pictures don’t do it justice. Ms. Mary is a wonderful host. My sons wedding was wonderful, and the house made it that much more special for me and my husband .

We just wanted to truly say thank you for the house. It was absolutely perfect! We loved having the heated pool, the sliding glass doors, and fenced in yard for the dogs so they don’t have to be on a leash. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen. We also enjoyed the gated community; we felt safe to go for runs and walks with the dogs. The beach was a very short walk. If we come back to Destin, I’m definitely rebooking. The owners were very friendly. We had a great experience!
