We rented the house for 3 weeks. We had a great time there. It was amazing to watch the varied wildlife around the area. I took my dog on walks every day. There is a nearby park with a boat launch, kids playground and large dock/pier. The area gets an A plus for walking score. The house was very nice. The neighborhood was very quiet. Every one was very pleasant. William (the host) was awesome! He answers very promptly and is very polite. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here for our trip to Islands of Adventure with the kids. It was great being able to take our little dog plus the house didn't look or smell like some other pet friendly ones we've stayed at before. The house was spacious, the view was really nice & it was conveniently located to everything you can think of.

The house came with every kitchen appliance I could think of, the wildlife behind the house was so enjoyable to watch and hear the sounds of the birds, the location was superb for bike riding on the Orange Trail, for going into town for coffee in the morning and restaurants in the evening and a little bit of retail therapy. I will definitely go out of my way to stay here again.

This property is not at the VRBO level and the online photos are not accurate. This property is not suitable for children. For example, the upstairs railing of the loft overlooking the downstairs is not to code for children and the dock railings are also not to code. The overall cleanliness can be improved; we had issues with the bathroom sinks and porch door locks and unfortunately the handyman was unavailable to address these issues during our stay. The neighborhood is wonderful and convenient to the Winter Garden town.
