Great property with everything we needed for a fabulous vacation. We will be back! One small issue with the AC unit which was handled quickly. Excellent host.

Amy was a responsive host. I'm not sure how often she visits the property but I don't feel like the property is being taken care of at the level it should be or what she expects. I'm not sure if this is normal, since I've never experienced it before in other VRBO, but none of the beds had sheets on them. There were mattress covers with the comforter on top...the sheets were on top of the comforters in every room. There wasn't a sponge or small dish soap to get us started. Usually there is at least a new sponge and a small dish soap along with soap in every bathroom. Bath towels were very limited, which became a problem when we went to wash them and the dryer was broken. The yard was overgrown, the sand volleyball area had weeds throughout it, the pool area had a lot of leaves (my mom swept when we got there), lots of weeds on the pool deck area and around the lot. The grass was overgrown. The house itself was very clean and kept up. The dryer wasn't completely working, although Amy had it fixed before our arrival. We had a great experience I just feel for the price that we paid the house needs a little TLC and spring/summer clean up so that it doesn't feel so overgrown/outdated, and some extra towels, toilet paper, paper towels, etc to get us started.

Our family of 14 had a wonderful time at the Lucky Viking. Close proximity to the beach and lots of space for everyone in the house.

Had a great time. Huge house with terrific amenities. The elevator was a big help with my Mother in Law. Pool, hot tub all fantastic. We have rented many houses and this is by far the best one. Would rent again!
