For those interested in fishing, Fort Peck Lake which is renowned for its world-class walleye fishing, is only a short drive away from the property. In addition to the indoor space, the entire exterior of the property is also available to guests, with the property extending down to the Missouri River. Guests can take advantage of the river access to fish for lake trout from the banks in the yard, providing an exciting opportunity for outdoor enthusiasts.

The back patio is also available for guests to use and features a propane grill and chairs, perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning views of the river. For guests who wish to explore the river further, there are two boat ramps located nearby, in boy scout Park and Idlewild subdivision. These ramps provide easy access for guests to bring their boats, kayaks, or other watercraft and enjoy the river to the fullest.
