Very nice, typical brittany house with Garden, very recently completely renewed, we felt like we were first guessts, spotless clean with all necesarry amenities, outside terraces on both sides of the house, 4 minutes by car to the see, you could even walk to the supermarket , also you should use side street as as sidewalk... communication with owner easy, correct, for that price absolutely worth
