Flowing from the kitchen is a dining table, with seating for six, and a spacious living area with an abundance of seating and a beautiful fireplace. Off of the living area is the master bedroom, furnished with a KING bed and a large ensuite bathroom. The first floor provides easy access to the oceanside porch with ample outdoor seating and breathtaking views. Finishing off the ground floor is a half bath and stackable washer and dryer. The second floor is home to two guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed and its own private bath and access to the upper balcony complete with outdoor furniture and dressed with a spectacular ocean view. There are TVs in all 3 bedrooms. This Cottage includes 8 beach towels, 4 adult bikes and a tire pump, 4 beach chairs, and a street legal Golf Cart. **Important:** To access the golf cart, complete the cart use agreement sent via email 10 days before arrival.

In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero-entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access, and community fire pit.

BEACH ACCESS AT THE COTTAGES
Overview: The Cottages beach is about 2,000 feet long, featuring a beach deck, dune area and seawall.

Access Points: There are three beach access points with the main access located near the pool and clubhouse, one access point in the mid-north area and another at the south end of the Cottages.

Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time. The sand area landside of the seawall is accessible at all times for recreaation.

Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access. Explore all Jekyll Island beaches on their website.

Important Note: Storms may affect beach crossover access, therefore we cannot guarantee beach access at all times.
