This modern and elegant house, built in 2023, offers space for up to 6 people, combining comfort, contemporary design and a stunning view over the Atlantic, creating moments that will stay in your memory forever.



Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a bright open-plan space, where the fully equipped kitchen integrates harmoniously into the living room. Here you can prepare your meals whilst contemplating the infinite blue of the sea. The 4-metre sliding doors provide direct access to a spacious balcony, perfect for enjoying magical sunrises or relaxing at the end of the day, absorbing the unique beauty of the island.



The balcony, completely safe for children, also offers a privileged vantage point to observe the spectacular landings at Madeira airport — a true spectacle that delights both adults and the little ones.



The house has two modern and functional bathrooms: one with a washing machine and another with a walk-in shower, making daily life easier for all guests.



The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated: a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined if necessary) and a sofa bed in the living room, ensuring space for up to two additional guests.



During your stay, you will be able to enjoy fast Wi-Fi, TV with international channels and solar panels that make the house more ecological and sustainable.



The location is perfect: just 10 minutes from the airport, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies, all within less than 10 minutes by car.



This house is more than an accommodation — it is an invitation to slow down, to feel the sea and the nature of Madeira, and to create unforgettable memories with family or friends. Here, each sunrise and each sunset are unique experiences.



Guests are responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and its respective equipment. Damage, loss or misuse identified during or after the stay may be subject to the application of a damage fee, intended to cover repair, replacement or extraordinary cleaning costs.
