Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located single family home Goose Egg children’s park with tennis courts across the street. Less than 10 minutes walking distance away from Downtown Rochester, And Mayo Clinic facilities. Relax on the front porch while looking at Goose Egg park or go to the fenced in back yard to enjoy the deck and fire pit. Parking out front on street and 2 spaces out back by the garage. Full kitchen and laundry located down stairs.

This was a perfect, pet-friendly home to stay at that was close for appointments at Mayo Clinic. Denis was easy to communicate with.

Great location if you are in town for Mayo Clinic appointments. It was just the right size for me, my husband and our dogs. Backyard was spacious and fully fenced. I used the deck a couple of times while working remotely. The dogs liked the screened in front porch and the park that is right across the street. The beds were comfy, although we wish there was a king size bed or at least another queen. Space is a little tight, so I understand. Also would have preferred to have a dishwasher to ensure that all dishes could be sanitized with hot water. Host was very accommodating when we had to extend our stay by a an extra day. Very responsive and friendly.

Cute little rental, nicely decorated, very clean. The rental was stocked with the essentials which was nice. It was located in the city but very quiet neighborhood. During our stay it was in the 90’s so the nice air conditioning was appreciated. Went to use the grill on the last day but there was no gas just two empty propane tanks. Owners were very pleasant and very quick to respond during reservation.
