LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION!! The Miracle Lake View house is a bespoke high end villa with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms so could sleeps 14. Professionally interior designed and furnished to the highest standards, it has high speed WiFi, 5 smart TVs. Several families can easily share this house as there are 2 Masters and 4 bedrooms. Two Bathrooms are on the 1-st floor and two full bathrooms with showers and bath tubs are on the second floor.
Totally refurbished internally: washing and drying machines and pool heater, new AC, lighting, chandelier. New floors and stainless steel appliances, new furnishings, granite worktops , new beds, new marrasses, new toilets to all bathrooms, new master en-suite with luxury bath and rain shower with seamless glass partition, new bedding and towels, pool deck refinished. This villa is the perfect location for a Disney Vacation.
Villa Details: The family room has a fully fitted kitchen, a 66 inch Smart TV with many channels, modern dining table and patio doors on to the pool deck which overlooks the 40 acre natural fishing lake, it is screened on both side of our neighbors so is extremely private. The pool has a 24/7 hot tub and night time lighting, five sun loungers, 6 chairs, a table, being south east facing it also benefits from day long sun.
The House located just minutes from famous GOLF courses, near Walmart, Publix and restaurants, 40 acre natural fishing lake. * Pool heat is extra charge.

Overall, we had a great time. The house was very spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 10 guests. The layout worked well for us, and we enjoyed our stay.That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. The house could use a thorough cleaning, and the outdoor area could definitely use some TLC.There were also a few surprises that were disappointing. The listing advertised two master bedrooms. To me, a master bedroom means it has its own private bathroom, but only one of the bedrooms did.One week before we received and email saying to use the hot tube it would be an additional expense. The day before we arrived, I received an email stating there was an extra fee to use the BBQ grill. This wasn’t disclosed in the listing.The only other issue was the air conditioning. There was a notice saying not to lower the thermostat below 73F because the unit could freeze up, and guests would be responsible for the repair costs. Since we were staying during the summer and temperatures were in the 90s, it would have been nice to have a little more flexibility without worrying about being charged if the system malfunctioned.Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but better cleaning and more transparency about the additional fees and house rules would have made the experience even better.

The inside of the home was stunning and had been recently renovated. There was plenty of space and the piano was a nice touch. The outside on the other hand needs some upkeep. The landscaping in the front needs to be done. There were overgrown weeds leading up to the front door and a pile of leaves in the front yard. The screens were torn on the screened in pool and the faucet outback near the pool did not shut off completely so it leaked constantly. When the hot tub was turned on the level of the water decreased significantly and we had to keep filling it up. The filter cover in the hot tub came off due to a crack in it. The bottom of the pool needed cleaned and some spots refinished.

We had a nice stay overall at this property. The inside of the home was clean, well-kept, and offered plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. The kitchen was stocked with the bare essentials, so it was suitable for our needs.The outdoor areas could use some additional attention, as they didn’t feel quite as well cared for as the interior. That said, the pool was a great feature—perfect for cooling off on hot days.One thing to be aware of is that pool heating comes at an additional cost, which can add up if that’s important to your stay. We also encountered a couple of minor issues upon arrival, but after reaching out, the owner responded quickly and resolved them, which we appreciated.The location is convenient to the parks, though with traffic, travel time to Disney was closer to 45 minutes. Overall, this is a solid option for families looking for a comfortable place to stay.

The posting is not realistic. Garage and recreation room with ping pong table are one and the same. You have no inside parking. All ping pong paddles were broken. The garage is very hot so time in there is not enjoyable. Hot tub drains for unknown reason with two people in there and has to refill by people getting out. The hot tub involves additional 300 charge to use and the grill is additional 50. Garbage cans are about 10 feet from enclosed porch, and prior resident's garbage not picked up until Tuesday. They were full of magots, didn't close due to amount of garbage, and we shared our first 3 evenings with raccoons and tons of flies due to tears in screening on porch. Multiple things were broken, metal chairs were rusty, some of chair cushions outside were moldy and we took pictures and sent to owner. Followed up with call to property manager and only had holes in screening on the porch fixed and two ping pong paddles sent. Insufficient silverware, pans, and had to wash towels everyday due to the amount in house. Small holes in wall, broken blinds, trundle bed was broken so we had to pull that mattress onto floor to use the bed, and signs saying if air conditioning froze or toilet was backed up, it would have been our fault and we would pay for repairs. Are you kidding me? We'll never stay in this home again. It could be a very beautiful home, but upkeep is terrible. It is also difficult to communicate with property manager or owner.
