However, the finished daylight basement features a cozy wood stove, entertainment area with bar, second full-size refrigerator, microwave, 50" TV & DVD player with DVD library, Wi-Fi connection, and a semi-private sleeping area with queen bed plus two full (double-bed) futons with memory foam mattresses. Washer and dryer included.

There is also a second TV with Wi-Fi connection located in the living room on the main floor.

Outstanding river and nature views in a quiet country neighborhood for those who like room to breathe. We are south of Sunriver and north of LaPine, with easy access to Hwy 97 and nearby lakes and recreational areas. This is casual comfort at its best.
