The "Locarec" studio, adjacent to "Capelan," is located on the 3rd floor of a waterfront house that houses four vacation rentals. Located on the third floor, it boasts an exceptional panoramic view of the harbor entrance and the open sea. You can watch the trawlers return to port right from your window, and on stormy days, you’ll have a front-row seat to the spectacular sight of the raging sea! Rated 3 keys, this studio is comfortable, bright, and well-equipped; it also features a well-stocked library with a variety of books, including several books and magazines about the region. Electricity is billed separately based on the meter reading at the end of your stay.
