The house is a 3-minute walk from the center of the pretty market village of Argelès-Sur-Mer, and the SNCF train station. It is located 3 km from Argelès Plage and the marina, and a 30-minute drive from Perpignan Airport.

The property was perfect, clean and spacious. It is in an ideal location for exploring the surrounding areas with easy access to all routes. The pool was perfect too.

Property was well maintained in a good location close to centre of Argeles ville. House is well equipped with a lovely pool. Communication will owner and his father, who lives local was easy. Stayed for two weeks, without a car, using public transport when needed. Train station only a few minutes walk. Would definitely recommend the property
