The 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit features high ceilings, hardwood floors, a stylish living room, fully equipped kitchen, cozy dining area, serene bedroom with a California king memory foam bed and queen bed, a charming balcony, and a modern bathroom.
Located in the vibrant Warehouse District, you're a short walk from Downtown NOLA, the French Quarter, and the Convention Center. Originally owned by Gasquet, Parish & Co., the townhouse was once home to notable figures such as cotton merchant Walter Cox and influential attorney John Blackstone Cotton. In the 20th century, it housed Margaret Robinson Barnett’s Dixie Stove Works, the South’s largest manufacturer of stove parts.

This was an absolutely beautiful place. It was exceedingly comfortable! The home was clean, cool, and the bed was so comfortable! We will definitely stay again when we return to New Orleans.

The home was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we found it easy to walk to the Garden District, the French Quarter, and Bywater.

Overall the stay was good. There was glitch with the lock at the unit one night but it was satisfactorily resolved in 20 minutes. Still not something I wanted to deal with at 10:30 at night

Fantastic location just a couple of blocks from one of the most amazing Museums in the world (The WWII Museum). The parking is the perfect situation for any traveler. The private secured garage, easy access to location, and very safe environment all around, made our visit absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!
