This beautiful, newly renovated studio is your perfect home base for trips to Hanalei town (10 mins) and the incredible beaches on Kauai's North Shore. Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious, private balcony with mountain views, sprawl out in the laid-back living room after a long day in the sun, and at night, make your way up the spiral staircase to the cozy bedroom for a night of rest on our dreamy king mattress.
This studio comes equipped with high-powered Air Conditioning (woohoo!), and also features ample windows so you can enjoy our signature Hawaiian trade winds and the sound of palm trees swaying at night. The lofted bedroom feels more like a treehouse, outfitted with a luxurious king size bed with ample pillows, and of course, an extra fan. You'll also find a cozy daybed in the living area - perfect for an afternoon cat nap or for little ones (extra linens provided upon request). Looking to work remotely? Enjoy high speed internet from the lanai, the bar, or the writer's desk if inside is more your thing. The full kitchen features new appliances, a washer / dryer, and has recently been outfitted with everything the at-home chef could ask for. You'll also find a propane grill on the property just a few steps away.
Across the street from your bungalow you'll find a breathtaking overlook with panoramic views of the pacific and a perfectly framed vista of iconic Bali Hai mountain. Take a short drive or a long leisurely walk along Princeville's signature bike path and you'll find yourself at Princeville shopping center for groceries, shopping, dining, and more. Ready to swim? Very responsive host for any problems: a few bugs lizard indoors is natural for the location, we had to clean a few items such as the water filter, and growth on the shower lining, which the host was very quick to fix, and soap was empty when we arrived. But apart from shower lining, other problems were minor enough compared to what was available in the household, including laundry-related items, cookingware, and furniture.Location is fantastic. The back porch view is great. There is access to the overlook over Secrets Beach and the views were fantastic for sunset. A few minutes away from the groceries as well. Furniture and decoration are tasteful and modern, AC during summer seasons was much needed. Ultimately, we enjoyed spending time in the rental.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The space was clean and comfortable. The garden mountain view from the back porch was lovely to wake up to. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very helpful!
