The villa features a first floor master bedroom suite, TV's in all bedrooms, large dining table for enjoying meals together, new furniture in the living room and much more. This villa is pet friendly, but please note that we have a pet fee. Please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate.

Please also note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina.
