Lovely spacious top floor one bed apartment with good quality furnishings and a south facing balcony with garden & harbour front views.
On entering the apartment the hall leads through to the bright lounge/dining room.
Sliding doors open out onto the lovely south facing balcony. The balcony has 2 sun loungers and table & chairs for enjoying the sunset.
The kitchen is very modern and well equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The double bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space and there is air/con fitted throughout the apartment. We provide towels and bed linen for the apartment, please note we do not provide pool/beach towels.
The apartment is equipped with personal WiFi and Portuguese tv which has a small selection of English channels.
The apartment comes with 2 pool passes for the Marina Club Hotel Pool which is a 2 minute walk from the apartment.
The apartment is ideally located on the Marina de Lagos and is within walking distance to beach, town centre, shops & restaurants.
The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor and has a private parking space in the lock-up garage with elevator access from garage to apartment floor.
The Marina itself has a 24 hour security surveillance service and there are a vast array of restaurants, cafes & bar within a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
There is also a large supermarket Pingo Doce within a 2 minute walk.

We’ve been coming to Lagos for the last 20yrs and can honestly say that this was the best apartment we’ve stayed in to date. It’s a real home from home and so comfortable and in a great convenient location. The Marina, Beach and Old Town all within easy reach. The large balcony, comfortable bed and great air-con made our 9ngt stay very enjoyable. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to return in the future.

We have not stayed in the apartment for a couple of years, but it was just as good as we remembered it. Updated and decorated, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cleaners who come in once a week were excellent. Altogether we were very happy with all aspects of our stay.

Because this place adverts as a "luxury" condo, i will rate as such. As others have said, the location is great as is the pool at the resort next door. Which i wish i had stayed at.
The condo is tired and grubby. All the upholstered furnishings need cleaning. The flooring is lifting in various places.
We had to contact the property manager several times-no pods for dishwasher, no extra garbage bags, no cutting knives. And they were none too quick to respond.
Very skimpy on towels and you must launder the beach towels before you leave. Iron did not work properly. No instructions on how to operate the washer. Not where owner said they were. Lots of dont do this, dont do that. Dont run the a/c for more than 10 minutes.
Looking at the price to stay at the Club next door with free breakfast and daily maid service for basically the same price, i would do that instead. Cannot recommend. Sorry!
