Beautiful 4 bedroom house (furnished basement as the 4th bedroom) which comfortably sleeps 10. 1 King beds, 4 queen beds and 1 full bed are available. The house is very spacious with 2500 square feet. When you enter the home, there is ample seating for your group in the living room which also boasts a 50" 4K TV. Past the sitting area is a dining table leading into the kitchen which has additional seating at the breakfast bar. Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances with plenty of cookware to stay in for the night. Exit the kitchen area to a large outdoor patio with plenty of seating and a Weber grill.

On the second floor are two bedrooms. The back bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser and TV. The front bedroom has a queen size bed, TV and private sitting area. There is a full bathroom in the hallway between the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have ample closet space.

Walking up to the third floor, you will find the master bedroom and bathroom. The master bathroom has a double vanity sink, jacuzzi tub and separate shower area. The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, TV and walk in closet, which includes the full bed. Relax in the master suite with it's own private sitting area near the windows. From the hallway, walk up to the rooftop deck for one of the best city views in Philadelphia. Enjoy an evening up on the deck with plenty of seating.

In the basement, there is a half bathroom as well as a washer and dryer. Two queen beds along with a TV are on this level.

Bedroom TVs are set up to stream your apps using a Roku.

The house is in a great neighborhood and a quick walk to South Street where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, lounges and bar. Just walk up 18th street and you run into Rittenhouse Square Park. Quick uber ride to the Convention Center or Old City or enjoy a nice walk on a sunny day.

All guests regardless of age count towards the number of guests. Total number of guests in the house may not exceed the number of guests indicated at booking. Please note there is a fee for more than 8 guests.

No parties are permitted in the house. This includes bachelor and bachelorette parties. The house is in a family friendly neighborhood and is not a party house.
A security camera monitors and records the front entrance of the house.
