We booked this house for our yearly “cousins trip”, 17 of us from ages 4 to 80. It was not only clean, but so well stocked that we did not have to shop for much. We especially appreciated the coffee and tea, and the paper goods that were supplied, unlike some other properties we have rented. The host communicated clearly and encouraged us to ask the property manager with any questions, which we did and he was prompt and helpful. This is a perfect property for a large group, with many areas to gather and/or enjoy the amenities. Our family had a pickle-ball tournament, pool tournament, and watched FIFA games on the movie screen. That’s when we weren’t enjoying the pool or the beach. Almost anything we could think of for recreation was supplied, including beach towels, and the two sets of washers and dryers made keeping up with laundry a cinch. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxury experience.

Great views and fun activity property. Despite excellent location and host communications, the property is quite tired….needs updating and maintenance.Lots to do at this house (games, pickle ball, pool table, etc.). Good for large groups with kids). Cautions would be a) lots of stairs, b) sewer gas smells in the two king bedrooms on west side of building, and c) general condition shows wear and age.

This property is amazing. You couldn’t ask for a better view, we woke up each morning watching the surfers and the sun set each evening. There were 15 of us with five teenagers from 14 to 19 so we used all the amenities, the Pickleball court, hot tub, swimming pool, golf cart and my 26-year-old grandson played the piano for us every evening. Our property manager, Tim made sure the pool was heated before we arrived. Both Tony and Tim promptly responded to any questions I had. I would not hesitate to book this property.

The view was amazing and the house is opulent but the property has a lot of deferred maintenance. Rusty support beams for the house, broken and or crumbling tiles on the outdoor pool, cracked beams supporting the porch, calcified shower heads, etc., etc. I told the property manager but never heard back from the owner. This is an example of a multi million dollar property and a house that doesn't do it justice.
