We loved enjoying a family get away, with great access to the beach and boardwalk! My son birthday month had always been our tradition and this was the best yet ! Definitely, will looking earlier to book for a longer time ! Fabulous time and place

My stay at the beach house was extremely relaxing. Bruce was a very accommodating host. In fact when I inquired if they had any cotton sheets for the new king-size bed in the master bedroom, he ran out and bought a brand new set. The kitchen is very well stocked and the living room is very comfortable for hanging out. The views are lovely and you are assured a wonderful sunset almost every evening. It’s super quiet around the area and very close to some great restaurants. I went to Petey’s in Rye NH three times over two weeks. plenty of room for guests. The guest room across from the main bedroom also has a new bed. The guestroom down the hall doesn’t have a new bed, but it’s passable. The mattresses for both new beds are extremely comfortable. The bathroom on the main level looks to be brand new and has a great shower. Be aware that the faucets were installed backwards and you don’t leave the water running like I did. The only negative I found is the bathroom on the second floor. It is in need of renovation.

It was a short stay, unfortunately the weather was not what we expected. It was nature’s, not any one fault

We had a wonderful stay at this clean vacation home. It is a great location close to the beach with plenty of area for dog walking in the local neighborhood. The host was easy to communicate with and thought of everything we might need for our stay. Would love to stay here again!
