If you are looking for stunningly beautiful sunsets right on the beach, this is it! Our spot creates relaxed romance from dawn to dusk where entertaining is easy, comfort reigns supreme and natural beauty is the essence of style. Our location in Oceano puts you directly on the beach, 5 minutes to wineries and the historic Village of Arroyo Grande, and 5-10 minutes to Pismo and Avila Beaches. The Central Coast rivals the Napa Valley featuring more than 200 wineries and vineyards in the region. On almost any given weekend one can find activities such as wine tastings and festivals, biking events, and faires of all types.
This property is ideal for families, and for those wine enthusiasts interested in sharing the cost of a beautiful home and property by bringing a group of 2-3 couples, several families or a group of friends.
This spacious condo is family owned and is a two-story home that has 2 bedrooms, 3 baths, a very open & large kitchen, and family and dining area. The condo is situated on the beach with generous room to relax and enjoy!
The Master Suite features a four poster hand carved queen bed with luxurious bedding including 500 thread count sheets, chenille blanket and oh so comfy pillows. It also has a cozy sitting area for reading or watching TV on the flatscreen. The bath with this bedroom includes a vanity, and a walk-in shower.
The second large bedroom suite is equipped with a five twin beds with silky sheets. This bedroom also offers a flat screen TV. The attached bathroom includes a tub shower combination.
The third sleeping area highlights a queen pull out bed as well as a second bed. Downstairs also offers a full bathroom with the walk-in shower. This is great for families to be able to have a full sleeping area down stairs along with a third full bathroom.
The dining and living area is open and airy with a large dining table, a long bar with five barstools for dining. Relax in the main living area that boasts a flat screen TV, overstuffed chenille couch and gas log fireplace. The home includes all linens, blankets, deluxe coffee maker, cooking and utensils, and beach towels. We do accept pets (see the additional pet amount on prices page). Please note that this location is on Oceano Beach which allows vehicles and ATV's on the beach

Stayed here with my family for a week and it was great! The apartment/condo was perfect for our family of four - nice big kitchen and fridge, laundry on the first floor, double bunk beds were a hit, loved hearing the ocean with the windows open, amazing location with good local food stops within walking distance, best beach we saw when we were there (we also visited Avila and Morro Bay), etc. Tammy was super friendly and very responsive anytime we reached out. Can’t think of anything negative to say about this place or the host and we would definitely stay here again!

BBQ was not in the best working order and was full of ashes. Lights in downstairs bathroom were bunt out. Shutters were broken along with screens on doors. The dryer was having issues and we were informed by the neighbor that was cleaning the condo for the normal cleaning lady. The dryer worked intermittently. Other than that, the place and location was amazing.

Great setting to watch the ocean, get down to enjoy the beach and to feast on tasty cinnamon rolls at Slappy’s next door, other breakfast items as well. Parking was easy to navigate and very secure. We enjoyed the 3 bathrooms and three distinct areas to sleep. Great price for all of the amenities, location and spacious rooms. We had a few interactions with the host via both phone and text; she was VERY accommodating.

My first VRBO experience to celebrate turning 60 with family/friends. So excited for a beach front rental. Quickly turned into a very stressful event. Almost cancelled but prices were going up in the area. Not comfortable I would get refund. Communication was horrible!! Host claimed not getting messages from me on VRBO site. I decided to call & responses still took days. Housekeeping delayed check of 4pm by 30 mins. As I tried to enter the unit I was told not ready as previous guests not out at 10am and had the door shut on me. The host was contacted. Responded 2 hrs 2 mins later with text "Hi, How are you"? Never received an apology or option for late check out. Cleaners misplaced phone. Host texted/called several times to have me look for phone. I ignored. More concerned with staff than a paying customer. Washer not usable. Taped closed. Dryer had no heat. No iron/board. Ice maker jammed. Had mold in ice container. Every wall had 3 to 4 inches of plaster missing on corners. Large scuff marks on many walls and large stains in the carpet. Many broken blinds. All cloth furniture spotted with many spills.Master balcony had unusable broken rusted furniture. Air filter in second story hallway not changed. Filthy! Master bedroom ledge above bed thick with dirt. Bunk beds so uncomfortable guests left 1-2 days early.Seeing that this unit is fully booked most months at about 15K a month there should be more pride in the rental. I took videos! Unforgettable Birthday.
