Four bedrooms. Upstairs has a bedroom with a king sized bed and its own balcony, and a bedroom with four single beds. Downstairs has a bedroom with a king bed (two twins made up as a king) and its own bathroom, and another bedroom with a queen-sized bed.

Susan was a wonderful host. The house was so close to the beach, and we loved that the deck area fit us all so well.

Weekend wedding. We were able to check in early which was great as we had a welcoming party to attend. Saturday we relaxed at the beach and on the deck with the amazing view. Beds were comfortable and accommodated Nine of us easily.

We had a wonderful stay in Manomet with family and friends. Susan was very accommodating and responsive before and during our stay. One minor thing was that we couldn’t find the toaster and other items but Susan was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this property!
