Come bask in the gentle trades of the windward side at the Kailua Palms Estate Guest House, a fabulous two bedroom, two bath vacation guest house located in sleepy Kailua Town near Kailua Beach.
The two bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. You will like the relaxed and casual indoor/outdoor living with lanais, patios and gardens. Free parking and wi-fi are included.
There is a beautiful tiled swimming pool (with 50 foot lap section) on the property, barbecue grill and washer and dryer.
Located on the canal, the Kailua Palms Estate Guesthouse is minutes from world famous Kailua Beach. Just a short 10 minute walk.

Come and enjoy the beauty of Kailua town and kailua beach...all minutes away.

What a special property! We had the best time at this gorgeous cottage. We loved how it opens up to the beautiful tropical yard. The pool is wonderful and the sunrises are fabulous out the bedroom window.
The owner is a joy to work with…so responsive to everything we needed!
We will definitely be back!

This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. The location was ideal, on a quiet street in Kailua with easy access to Everything. The grounds are impeccable and like you are in a tropical paradise. We really enjoyed the pool and watching the outriggers go up and down the channel everyday. The guest house was very comfortable and stocked with everything you might possibly need. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating given we had to change our original travel dates due to covid. I honestly can’t think of one thing I would change.

Great pool house, loaded with extras (spices, soaps, lotions, books, games, etc) and chairs/boogie boards, swim shoes, toys... Nice, clean and quiet. The property manager was very proactive and responsive.
Close to grocery store, beach and restaurants.

At the same time cosy and grand, Kailua guest house made my daughters and myself feel very much at home. Functional and very well located made our vacation memorable.
My thanks to Debra who had everything under control. All we had to do was have fun.
