This is a historic 3 floor building on the 5th Avenue of the Arts in downtown Nashville. In the early 1900s it was the Armstrong Corset Shop. Over the last several years we renovated the 3rd floor & roof into 3 unique lofts.
It's got double spiral stairs that we welded on site. 15-20' ceilings and exposed original brick. Private rooftop deck in the middle of downtown Nashville.
There is copper and cedar shake siding to the rooftop room.
Unit 302 it's all your's.
Your loft has a private rooftop deck that only you have access to. It has hanging tea lights for a nice summertime ambience.

Amazing room above the standard whiskey bar. The condo was really cool, completely renovated but still very cool old exposed bricks and beams. Private rooftop access and very close to all of the shops and bars. We parked at the 5/3rd bank garage directly across from the front door that had 24 hour security and it was only 40 per night. The room was the best part of our trip because of how nice it was and the location. My wife and I had some of the best sleep ever. It was quiet and the skylight in the bedroom had a remote controlled retractable blind that made it super dark. Highly recommended!

The places was clean, a fantastic location, and the host was wonderful at communications! My husband and I had a great time until we had to leave early due to a family emergency! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location! Beautiful loft! I think we found our spot for all of our Nashville trips.
