Completely renovated in 2023 in Mediterranean style,the villa is on 2 completely independent levels. The first floor is occupied by a year-round tenant. He is very discreet and has no view of the proposed accommodation. No equipment is shared (neither the swimming pool, nor the exteriors, nor the parking spaces) and accesses are independent.

The accommodation comprises 4 bedrooms, which can comfortably accommodate 8 people, and the living room has an extra sofa-bed that can sleep an additional 2 people if required.

It also has 3 shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living-dining room opening onto a terrace with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean, an outdoor living room on the house level and, on the lower level, another terrace with a summer kitchen, heated swimming pool (May to September), sun loungers and deckchairs to enjoy the Sète climate.

The summer kitchen is fully equipped (sink, fridge, dishwasher, plancha, pizza oven), with a large table for poolside dining.

The living room and each of the bedrooms are air-conditioned, and two parking spaces are reserved on the same level as the entrance. Additional parking spaces in the cul-de-sac are available if required. There are no shared spaces, and all facilities are specific to the villa.

Our accommodation is located next to the proposed villa. We will be delighted to welcome you and help you if necessary.

The neighborhood is quiet and residential. Parties are totally forbidden. It's on the heights of Sète, with a steep gradient. The first beach is 1.7 km away and the city center 1.5 km. We recommend that you bring your own vehicle, as the property is almost 3 km from the Sète train station and is not served by public transport.
