Excellent beach access and easy walk to beach & pool amenities. If you have more than one car, you have to park off site. MB parking was available out front and no charge for my DIL/son for her handicap tag. The listing says overflow next door, but that's been terminated. The condo itself is great, 4Bed/4 Ba-that being said, the owners need to spend some money on:'Large icemaker or new fridge. 10 ice trays was a nuisance. The microwave had the vent taped on. The stove had a glass top that had crud buildup that wasn't going anywhere& couldn't read the knobs of temp because everyone of them was worn off. Under the sink was a mess of stuff that I didn't touch because it needed to be cleaned out organized & wiped down thoroughly. Pots & pan were warped, cheap & burned on the bottoms. Each "kid" cooks a meal, so the kitchen is used a lot. Plenty of utensils & plates(chipped).Shower heads were at a trickle in one bath & the red/blue indicators were worn down. The MBR shower needs a cleaning & new caulking. Daughter turned on ceiling fan and chunks of dust fell off. Cleaning service is not very good, dusty under the furniture. The washer is not balanced and when it goes into spin it sounds like a helicopter landing!I guess you might feel I'm being nitpicky, but having owned an ocean front condo that we rented for 45 years, some of this stuff is easily remediated. There was an AC issue and the host and the maintenance guy Scott, were great in the response.

There was plenty of room for 10 people. A couple more could have been accommodated. Great views from the balcony which had 4 awesome rockers. Convenient trash chute. Two pools and a lazy river for the kids to enjoy. Hot tub for the adults. Good location away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Myrtle Beach.

The view is gorgeous! The condo itself is very spacious, but unfortunately needs a LOT of attention.
