The property is great for families. The unit is a good size. The check in process at the gate needs to be addressed. We didn’t know until after we booked that we needed parking passes. Lines were up to 10 cars long at times at the gate and we had to pull around twice before we got what we needed to park. Just put the parking fee in the cost of the rooms.

Great unit. Had everything we needed. Wonderful location and amenities. Just needed toilet paper holders.

The room was very good The only issue that we could see is the toilets need to be seriously updated they're not ADA compliant

We had some issues upon arrival but the property manager was understanding and helpful. We (my family) ended up getting a different unit in the same building. We love Plantation Palms.
