Welcome to this newly renovated private guest suite located in the heart of Kitsilano, Vancouver. This unit features a spacious open concept with sleek and modern furniture. The suite includes two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom complete with a tub and shower, full kitchen, dedicated workspace, and ample storage.
With its own private entry, this suite is conveniently located just a few steps away from many shops, restaurants, and transit. It is walking distance to Kits Beach and walking trails.
The Space
The 638 square feet of private relaxation comfortably sleeps 4 people. Additional fees will be applied for an extra guest.

Guest access
Our guests will enjoy complete access to all that this suite has to offer, which includes a private patio with a separate entrance located on the right side of the building. To enter, guests can access the lockbox located on the railing by the entrance, and we will provide them with the code for easy access.
Other things to note
Cleaning:
Do to the COVID-19 situation, we've enhanced our cleaning procedures in order to make sure our guests are safe. In addition, we provide hand sanitizers and any necessary supplies during your stay.
Smoking/Vaping:
Smoking & vaping is strictly prohibited on the premises, therefore a fee of $500 will be applied to any guest that does not comply.
Late Check Out:
One hour or more late check out time without prior agreement will be charged an additional fee of $100.

The location is great if you don’t mind a 15 min walk to get to the beach, restaurants, grocery store etc.
The property was as described and there were no surprises. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.
I would definitely stay here again.

Our family stayed here to celebrate a graduation from UBC and were pleased with our choice. We found parking easy, Ubers inexpensive, transit convenient, restaurants abundant, and groceries easily purchased at a walkable distance.
This basement suite was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was set up nicely with a full complement of useful kitchen appliances, dishes, pots and pans, etc. It was easy and comfortable to prepare, serve, and clean up meals. The furniture was comfortable and the space nicely arranged.
The neighbourhood is charming, walkable, and conveniently located and the house and hosts welcoming and responsive.
We loved our stay and hope to return.

Very clean basement apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. You enter through a garden gate at the side of the house, walk into their backyard, and then a small outside staircase down to the basement (veranda) door. The two bedrooms are quite dark; one has no windows, the other a lightshaft window. It was ok for me as I only used the place to sleep and for a quick coffee/tea before heading out in the morning.
Hosts were easy to deal with and very respectful.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely little apartment. It was walking distance to West Broadway and all its amenities. Our host was friendly and accommodating and responded quickly to any requests we had. Highly recommended.
