Über diese haus dieses Ferienunterkunft
This home has a fresh spa-like feel with modern touches. The U-shaped house wraps around a large patio with free-form pool. 40 feet of glass doors open onto the 1400 square ft lanai for 100% indoor/outdoor living. The lanai looks into a tropical garden and behind that is an 8 foot fence for total privacy. Two of the bedrooms overlook the pool. The terrazzo granite floors throughout-out the home have been restored and the house is completely updated with new furniture, window treatments, linens. All beds are encased in 'Allergy Armour' mattress bags.
This is a true pool house. There is no fence between the house and the pool. All the doors, including the living room and kitchen, open directly onto the pool area. If this is a safety concern for you, you may not want to choose this house. The sliders lock and the doors have burglebars on them. Instructions for the burglebars are on a bulletin board behind the front door.
The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and a 15 minute walk gets you to Starbucks, a grocery store, Crunch gym and other shopping.
We are four miles from Siesta Key beach which is rated one of the top 10 beaches in the country. It is an easy drive and there is plenty of parking at the beach. There are beach chairs and beach towels at the house.

Home away from home. Wonderfully attentive and great supplies. Didn’t have to stress at all about having supplies to make a meal. Thank you.

Loved our stay here! Had everything we needed for an amazing few days with our kids. Only a 10 minute drive to the beach. Would love to return to this property again!

The house was very clean and quiet. It was close to the beaches, grocery stores and restaurants. The Owner was easy to communicate with and provided a detailed binder with info on anything you wanted to do, eat, beaches and maps. The pool was so relaxing. The owner included beach chairs and beach/pool floaties. We would definitely book this again. Thank you, Linda for sharing you house with us.
