Being located in the heart of Nags Head, 401 is in close proximity to fishing piers, shopping, restaurants, a movie theater, numerous historic sites, and so much more. There's also a brand new park (the old Dowdy's Amusement area) built within walking distance of the home.

New for 2016: All new interior doors, new dishwasher, new TV, new box spring, mattress toppers, and bedspread, "antique" hutch for the kitchen, and rocking chair for the living room, and new A/C system!
