This is a three bedroom one bath bungalow located directly across the street from Rock Hill's beautiful Glencarin Garden. There are several fountains, swings, and walk ways that your family will surely enjoy. The Garden Spot is located within a mile from downtown Rock Hill, Winthrop University, and Rock Hill's Indoor Sports Complex. Smart TV's in every bedroom.
This bungalow was built circa 1928 and features 9 ft ceilings, pine floors, and a newly refinished original ball and claw tub. The tub has a hand wand but no shower.

Great spot if you need a comfortable bed to sleep in that is close to the Rock Hill Sports Center. The location is darling. Coffee on the front porch was gorgeous. It is old, so obviously it is not perfect. Recommend bringing a 3 prong converter if you plan to work from the home. Had to steal the one on the microwave.

Lovely old house with wood floors, three great bedrooms, living room, and kitchen/dining/washer-dryer area. It had all we needed—basics in kitchen and laundry area, lots of towels and shampoo/conditioner/soap in bathroom (one bathroom with cute tub only). The location is the best! Right across from the gardens, so we took out dogs walking over there.

Overall the property was nice. Was not impressed with the lack of actual electrical outlets and what seemed like an overuse of extension cords. Was also very disappointed with the amount of kitchen ware. There were only 3 coffee cups and almost no usable cookware for preparing meals at the property.

Everything was great. Might comsider installing some multi-outlets. 6 adults charging phones was challenging.
