Welcome to our spacious Bayview Retreat, perfect for families and friends looking to unwind or embark on adventure-filled getaways. Our bungalow comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 rooms, ensuring that everyone has their own cozy space to relax.
Bedroom Set-Up:
Master Bedroom: Features a plush king-sized bed, perfect for recharging after a day of exploring.
Second Bedroom: Offers a comfortable queen-sized bed for peaceful rest.
Game Room/Bonus Room: This flexible space is ideal for both rest and play, featuring two twin beds for additional sleeping arrangements.
Living Areas:
Our inviting living room offers a great space to gather with friends and family. Equipped with a large TV and plenty of seating, it's perfect for movie nights, game days, or simply unwinding after a busy day.
Indoor Fun:
Rain or shine, there’s plenty to do indoors. Try your hand at shuffleboard or gather for a fun board game night with the provided games and toys (even more games available upon request!). For little ones, we’ve created a dedicated space fully stocked with toys and games to keep them entertained. We also offer kid amenities upon request, including a Pack & Play, kid utensils, highchair, and more—everything you need for a stress-free family vacation.
Gym & Fitness:
Stay active during your stay with our well-equipped indoor fitness area that includes a NordicTrack bike, weights, and a yoga mat, perfect for starting your day with a workout or winding down in the evening. Additionally, we have an outdoor fitness area where you can watch the kids play on the playground while you get in your workout. This space includes an elliptical, weight machine, and free weights for your convenience.
Outdoor Fun:
Step outside to enjoy our private playground, where kids can climb, swing, and slide. The fenced yard offers plenty of space for running around, with colorful play structures that are sure to be a hit with younger guests. We’ve even included a cute playhouse, an airplane-shaped teeter-totter, and a mini roller coaster car ride for extra fun. After the sun sets, gather around the fire pit for s’mores, storytelling, or stargazing. It’s the perfect way to end your day.
Golf Cart Rental: For an additional fee of $50 per day, you can rent our 4-seater golf cart to explore the neighborhood or make trips to nearby attractions more fun and convenient. A local favorite, the waterfront bar and restaurant Noah’s Ark, is just a quick golf cart ride away— perfect for grabbing a meal or enjoying drinks with a view. Just in front of Noah’s Ark, you'll find the closest boat ramp and a public fishing pier. Plus, on your way to Noah’s Ark, you'll pass another public fishing pier, making this the ideal way to explore the area’s water activities.

If you’re a fan of water activities, you’ll love our home’s boat parking and close proximity to free public ramps and fishing piers. Launch your boat just minutes away to enjoy fishing or cruising along the coast. Whether you're into fishing, boating, or just relaxing by the water, we’ve got you covered.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The house was clean, comfortable and the entire home felt welcoming and relaxing. The location was perfect and convenient for everything we wanted to do. We appreciated the quick communication from our host. We enjoyed our stay here.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. First time in Kemah and definitely won’t be my last. House was beautiful and clean. Host supplied everything. Responded quickly. Very quiet neighborhood. Loved that they had a lot of things for kiddos to stay entertained. 10/10 for sure.

Your kids cannot mess the place up, but we paid what we felt like was quite a bit of money for a place that was not what it looked like in the photos. We felt safe, we had everything we needed, but I did not want to take my shoes off here. A lot of dust, a very old place in desperate need of a deep cleaning. My issue…they do not disclose the area very well, and just know if your kids can read… when you turn off the main highway there is a “men’s club” with big ole’ blue and purple flashing lights on the corner. I had to distract my son when we turned in so he didn’t ask about it. Not located in the best part of town. There were some very nice places on the same street, but not so much a street or two over. It was quiet for the most part. The enclosed gate was good for kids. The stairs are steep if you are bringing in loads of luggage.
