This property was conveniently located close to the lake. Great outside parking for our boat. The property was very cluttered and not clean. Looked abandoned. The trailer had exposed wires on the air conditioner controller, missing cover on the dining table light, too much clutter everywhere, smelled like cat urine, trash behind the couch, old toothbrush and half empty thing left behind by previous guests. Laundry room was filled with junk piled up, Chair at the dining table was not secure. It fell apart when I sat on it. It definitely needs some attention and care. Overall we wouldn’t book here again until it was brought up to code and worth paying $350.
