Great location: Off County Road 12 only 2 miles from the Foley Beach Express, 3 miles from Highway 59 and about 12 miles from Gulf Shores & Orange Beach. Less than 15 minutes from most tourist attractions and stores, yet far enough to avoid the congestion and noise of the rows of high-rise condominiums.
Fabulous shopping includes the Tanger Outlet Center, The Wharf, Eastern Shore Center, Owa, Foley Sports complex, and the new event center.
Top rated golf courses in our area include The Peninsula, Craft Farms, Glen Lakes, Kiva Dunes and Rock Creek. Other area activities: bike trails, in-shore or gulf charter fishing, sandy beaches and restaurants.

Cons: 1. The beds themselves were very uncomfortable. It was hard to get a good nights sleep because of them. 2. We were asked to take out the trash, start the dishwasher, and start the washer for towels at the end of our stay. I didn’t see that in the rental agreement sent via email and didn’t see that on the VRBO site itself. While my family and I try to clean up after ourselves anyway, I wouldn’t have thought there’d be a cleaning fee in addition since we were asked to do these things at the end of our stay. While I know some rentals request these things from renters that would’ve possibly deterred me from initially staying here if it were stated.
Pros: 1. The location is great. 2. Everyone is quiet and respectful during quiet hours. 3. The condo is huge. 4. Our room was upgraded so the second bedroom had a full AND a twin there. 5. We caught fish and crab right off the dock. 6. Reserved parking was very beneficial since the main and extended parking lot was full every night.

Master room tv was broke. But other that it was ok

Everything was just as expected plus much more. At night it was very serene and calm and really helped me to rejuvenate. During the day the sites were spectacular. Woke up to mullet jumping and the sounds of nature. The staff were very pleasant and easy to deal with.
