- The property is located in a 45+ community. Guests under 45 years old are allowed to book, but one person in your party must be at least 40 years old. Additionally, guests under 19 years old may not stay for more than 30 days per the Sun Lakes HOA policy
- The optional community amenities are available with an additional $250 fee, paid to the Sun Lakes HOA. In order to use the amenities, at least one guest must fill out a Sun Lakes rental form and present it to the HOA office upon arrival. The golf course fee is separate from this

- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is on the front entrance facing the driveway, and camera 2 is on the corner of the house facing the back entrances. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras continuously record video and sound
