The Outer Banks is a nature lover’s dream and Run Hill Nature Area is also a couple of blocks away. It's an active, migrating dune system just like Jockey's Ridge, but it's much smaller - so not as crowded as Jockey's Ridge!

With the sound and the ocean close by, your stresses will be washed away. Our home is a spacious and bright, beautifully constructed 3 bedroom, 2 bath oasis. Entering through the ground level, you will find the first living area with a TV and Roku, a bonus refrigerator, and the laundry area.. Up one flight to the next level you’ll find 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and dining areas. The King bedroom offers a beautiful private bath with a shower/tub combination. The Queen bedroom and the Twin over Full are convenient to a roomy full bath offering a tub/shower combination.

Our open kitchen is stocked with everything you might need to enjoy meals at home with your group. We have a fully equipped airy kitchen that joins the dining and living areas. Included are dishes, cookware, pots, pans, cutlery, barware, and glassware for your every culinary need. Appliances include a blender, standard coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, range/oven, and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. The dining area offers a table that has space to seat 6+ comfortably for meals or game time. Sink into our cozy sofa or a recliner to enjoy your favorite movie or relax with a good book. Step through the front door to enjoy the deck that wraps the front of our home. Deck stairs offer a gate to keep your furbabies upstairs. Enjoy outdoor seating where you can savor your morning coffee or a sunset cocktail.

Our cozy home is a perfect choice for vacationers with its proximity to golfing, shopping, restaurants, arts, sightseeing, boating, fishing, bird watching, jet skiing, surfing, kite boarding & eco tours; many are in walking distance! The beds are all freshly made for your arrival. Everything you need, right here in paradise!

We want everyone to have a wonderful, relaxing getaway in our Outer Banks home! Part of ensuring the same experience for everyone relies on our housekeepers, inspection personnel, and maintenance repair personnel being able maintain the house in tip top shape for you and your family in-between renters. When you arrive at our home, please notify us right away if you find anything to be not working properly. This helps us be able to address it in a timely manner. Our partners do a fantastic job of making sure everything is done during a very short window. Check-out time is 10 am and departure instructions are in your welcome email and also located on the refrigerator. Check-in time is set for 4 pm to allow them the time they need to prepare the home for your arrival.

We understand that there are times when you may need an early check-in time. We are happy to offer guaranteed early check-in if you have confirmed & paid for this additional service 2 weeks prior to arrival. This payment allows us to compensate our house staff for prioritizing our home for your early arrival at 1 pm. As a courtesy to our service vendors, we ask that you please do not park at the home, drop off personal items, or ask our vendors if the home is ready yet so they are able to focus on getting the home ready for you. We appreciate your understanding as we prepare our home for your getaway!
