Very clean and nice space, giving the experience of living in Japan. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The shower, which is not common in Japan, was very nice. Very quiet neighborhood. Relatively good access to the cable train to Hakone Mountain. Quite close to the bus stop. There are some restaurants within a few minutes' walk. We had excellent contact via email with the personnel. Guests are provided with a detailed manual, so it is even more convenient. The bus from Odawara station takes a while, but at the train station there is very nice and helpful personnel, so you don't need to worry. It is reasonable to buy a multi-pass card. It allows you to save some money.

Value for money. Comfort and all the facilities are there. Quite.

Hotel owner is very strict related to Check-in and check-out time. Where they did not allow us to check-in before 1600 (though they allowed us to leave the luggage in the room) also check-out is strictly 1000 alternatively you have to pay the fine. Which means during your booking time there are 6 hours where you can not use your paid room. Also either you need to wait for the bus or climb almost 3 mountains to reach Gora station where the Golden route start.

Very expensive for what it offers, although the location is in a highly touristy area. There was dust on the furniture, and the standard checkout time is 10:00 AM instead of the more usual 11:00 AM. Guests are required to pay an additional ¥3,000 to extend checkout until 11:00 AM, which feels unreasonable considering the room rate.
