Central Guest House - Bedroom with Private Bathroom

everything. the value, the location and the kitchen.

The property totally exceeded my expectations. I never stay at apartments when traveling but this time it was my only opinion since all hotels in my price range were fully booked. I decided to pick this apartment and already started preparing myself for some sort of "hostel" experience. But the property totally exceeded my expectations. Super clean room, all facilities inside the room, including the bathroom, are well thought through. Looks very modern and efficient. I liked it a lot! And even though there were many rooms in the house (around 9 rooms in total distributed over 3 floors), it was very quiet. The room was conveniently located (less than 10 minutes walk to the center).

The neighbors across the street were somewhat loud on one Saturday night (middle-age folks speaking loudly). Nothing to worry about, but it is the only negative thing that I can point out.

sehr schönes Zimmer, mit Gemeinschaftsküche, die Lage ein wenig außerhalb vom Zentrum, sehr ruhige Lage

Ok place to stay for a night or two. Shared kitchen on top floor with adequate basic supplies and dishwasher. Big tables to eat at. Becomes tough to use when more than one group wants to Prep meals at the same time. Tough to share kitchen area if food smells (like seafood) are bothersome to others. Nonstick pans need replacing. Hanging area and shelves help. Could use more hangars. Grocery store nearby. Fast EV charging stations nearby

Room very small, no place to sit, not enough space to open a carryon suitcase. Parking lot tight- can fit 3 small cars comfortably and squeeze in a 4th car. The 4th space has an overgrown tree trunk and green growth around it. Not easy to pull in or out of. A bit of maneuvering is needed. We did okay since there weren’t many cars at that time. Steps to the unit are spiral and not of even heights . The topmost step is like a double height step. Tough for people with knee or joint issues. Was precarious to walk down the spiral stairs with a coffee mug in hand and trying to walk up a double step. Seemed like a fall was imminent. Towel hook near shower would help. Steep slopes to city center.
