A cozy 65-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the second floor of a building with an elevator (not suitable for people with disabilities). The apartment is about a 7-minute walk from the Vatican Museums, and the Colosseum can be reached in about half an hour by public transportation. The apartment consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and enclosed veranda.
The apartment is laid out as follows:
- BEDROOM: double bed (1.40 m x 1.90 m), closet, dresser, split A/C;
- LIVING ROOM: double sofa bed (1.40 m x 1.90 m), table with chairs, Smart TV, split A/C;
- KITCHEN: gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;
- COVERED VERANDA (3 steps to access): table with chairs, two armchairs with a small table, washing machine, and sink;
- BATHROOM: shower stall, bidet, toilet, and sink.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothesline, central heating, air conditioning (bedroom and living room), travel cot.

In about a 4-minute walk, you can reach the Cipro metro stop, which connects the apartment to Villa Borghese, the Spanish Steps, and Roma Termini Station, the main hub for all public transportation lines.
