Welcome to this beautifully renovated single-family home, offering luxury, comfort, and modern elegance in the heart of Chicago’s north side. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and thoughtful design details throughout, this home is ideal for corporate travelers seeking a premium stay.

• Open-Concept Living & Entertaining: The spacious living and dining areas are perfect for relaxation or hosting, flowing seamlessly into the adjacent great room. We were very happy with this rental. It was even better than it looked in the photos. The kitchen area was huge with a TV, sectional couch, large table and super large island. We never left that area except to go to bed. All the bathrooms were beautiful and spacious. I would definitely rent this place again if in Chicago.

Wonderful stay plenty of plenty of good things to do in the area. House is nice. Toby was a wonderful host had a problem. He fixed it within minutes. Had it all squared away for us. Good beds lotta stairs, but good beds
