Our host was beyond accommodating and responded to our request in a timely manner. We were very happy with the Chalet although there could have been a pitcher available for guests, and we found the Hot Tub room very dirty, but we are all OCD so were happy to clean it up. The outdoor decks were also covered with cobwebs. I assume the exterior is not included in the cleaning contract. It should be.All in all, it was a wonderful weekend, and the Chalet is so beautiful and has so much to offer!

Beautiful house. Kitchen had everything we needed - we were really impressed that different ziploc bags and foil / wax paper was even provided. The kids loved the entertainment area downstairs with ping pong, air hockey and all the board games. Adults loved the hot tub in its own structure. 4 bedrooms meant lots of room for our two families. Check-in and check-out were easy.
