SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE VILLA RATES
- Check-in time is flexible and begins at 2:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- We change the sheets every 4 days and the towels every 3 days.
New sheets and towels throughout the villa in 2023.
- Unlimited mineral water dispenser. Please ask the staff when the dispenser is empty.
- High-speed internet and Wi-Fi throughout the villa.

We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control: villa construction nearby, neighborhood noise, power or water outages in the area, roosters crowing or dogs barking, sounds and music from traditional religious ceremonies, or....

NOTE:
We reserve the right to refuse, without refund, any guest who does not comply with the rule of a maximum of 6 people in the accommodation, either on the day of arrival or during the stay. Any additional guests must be declared at the time of booking and approved by the owner for an additional fee.


LIABILITY
We cannot be held liable for any injury, death, or theft, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay at the villa or while participating in any sports or tourist activities.
The renter waives any claim against the owner and the owner’s insurers, whether in the event of fire, weather-related events, civil liability, or theft.
You are responsible for your young children in the pool area.

We love animals, but they are not allowed in the villa.

Please note that you may see a slightly higher price. If the currency you’re paying in is different from the one used in our listing’s location, a 3% conversion fee will be added to the price.
