Offering direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway, convenient beach access, and one of the island’s largest saltwater pools, this home is ideal for guests looking for both adventure and relaxation.



Bring your boat or jet ski—Sea Queen features its own private boat dock right in the backyard and a community boat ramp, making water excursions easy and accessible.

• Sleeps 8–9 comfortably

• Linens included (beds are fully prepared upon arrival)

• Pet-friendly: up to 2 dogs allowed ($200 per pet fee); no cats

• Two outdoor patios with stunning sunset views over the water

• Access to a large saltwater community pool

• Outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day in the sand

Loft Area (Top Floor):

• King bed

• Toddler bed located in spacious master closet



Lower Level Bedroom:

• Two sets of Full bunk beds

• One twin trundle bed



Each room features a smart TV with access to streaming platforms (guests must use their own logins).

The kitchen includes everything you need to prepare and enjoy family meals, including:

• Pots, pans, bakeware, utensils

• Standard coffee maker & Keurig

• Blender, toaster

• Wine glasses and complete dishware set

As part of the Sol Searching Properties experience, we provide a thoughtful selection of “starter” items to begin your stay:

• Dish soap, dishwasher tabs

• Kitchen scrubber, towel, and washcloth

• Powdered laundry soap

• Trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels

• Ziplock bags

• Bar soap in each bathroom

• CLEAN linens, including comforters and shams

• Upon request (first come, first served): pack and play, high chair, noise machines
