This condo has multiple narrow stairs (inside and outside). It's not for those with mobility issues.
This is a bright and sunny end-unit condo on the second and third floors of a three story building.
There are two upstairs bedrooms: one facing an offshoot of the Boulder Creek and one with a balcony overlooking 17th street.
Guests will have access to the entire space including washer, dryer, and balcony. There is a locked owner closet.

It was a perfect getaway for a girls weekend. Close to town so we could walk there and beside a beautiful brook that was nice to listen to as you slept. Quiet,clean place with plenty of room for the two of us.

Great location. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Great communication. Assigned parking space was ideal. We cooked most of our meals as the kitchen was well appointed. Walkable to Pearl St and the Boulder Creek pathway. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
