We do not offer on-site parking; however, there are paid parking options available nearby, including on surrounding streets within close proximity.

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

• Building Requirement: For building security and registration purposes, the primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old and must be staying at the property for the full reservation. If the person arranging the stay is under 21, the accompanying guest who is 21+ must be the one to book the reservation, be listed as the primary guest, and stay at the property for the entire reservation.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.
Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional PER Pet Cleaning Fee applies :
1- 4 Nights : $35 Per Night
5-29 Nights : $250
30+ Nights : $400

It is as pictured and I would definitely stay here again. They are still building nearby so there is some noise on weekdays, but I didn't mind. Check in is done through Virtual Front Desk, and you can access all of your check in details and stay information. There is a cafe nearby and Mamajuana Cafe is on the next block. It's about a 10 minute walk to 2nd street where there are more stores, bars, and restaurants. Rivers Casino and Dave and Busters also very close by. Parking was a little difficult, but the lot on the corner of Front St and Poplar St came in handy for 24 hour parking.

I had an amazing stay! The apartment was exactly as described- clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, yet still quiet and relaxing. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, and check-in and check-out were super easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our stay was good as it is located in an area walking distance to multiple restaurants and bars. The hosts communication was definitely a 10 out of out. There was consistent check in 's and if any assistance was needed the response was quick. The only issue was the up keep of the building and the suite itself. The hallway leading to the suite appeared to not be vacuumed in a while and there is lots of noise from surrounding neighbours in the building. The suite itself could use a bit of up keep as it has been used/lived in a lot. The area rug could have been replaced as it had multiple stains, the walls especially in the bathroom need a good coat of paint and some crumbs on the dinner table as well as the chairs. The suite could have been cleaned and presented a bit better for the price. However, the bed was very comfortable. It was a short stay for us therefore we let it be and overall was not that bad.
