Also on the first floor is a bathroom with a large shower, a bedroom, and an utility room, which also houses the staircase. Upstairs, in the loft area, there is another bedroom. The house features a large driveway with several parking spaces right outside the door, as well as a large garden with a patio. In just a few minutes’ walk (approx. 300 m), you’ll reach Bernstein Lake, which features a beach area and a sunbathing lawn! You can optionally book bed linens for a one-time surcharge (15 EU) (costs, as well as the final cleaning fee of 80 EU, are paid on site). One dog (knee-high) is permitted upon request for an additional fee.
