- Non-residents may only park at the beach on weekdays; weekend parking is not permitted
- Guests do not have access to the community boat launch, but can rent paddleboards, canoes, and kayaks on-site
- Please be aware of wildlife in the area. There may be bears, mountain lions, foxes, and deer present during your stay
- Guests can reach out to the Guest Contact for a discount on a tee time, then call the golf course to arrange
- Yosemite National Park requires reservations for entry. Guests without a valid reservation may be denied access at the gate
- Your safety matters. I am very picky and it took me a very long time to find this perfect house for my 5 night winter vacation stay with my husband and two boys. We loved our stay!The house actually looks even better in person, exceptionally clean and very well stocked in absolutely everything.The nature is stunning and access to the lake and equestrian center was a big bonus for us, we also drove to Yosemite.The host is very kind and super responsive. I also hate unreasonable check out instructions and made the booking when I saw very reasonable request to lock up, turn everything off and put used towels in the tub. I refuse to book properties that expect me to clean the house, so this really sealed the deal.Was an amazing stay for the price, including the play room.I highly recommend this property, it is as described, no surprises accept how lovely and relaxing it is.

We found the home to be clean and comfortable. We didn’t take advantage of all the neighborhood has to offer as we were at Yosemite everyday. The owner is responsive and very kind.

The house itself was wonderful. Plenty of room for our family and the back exit of the gated community was within 30 minutes of Yosemite’s park entrance. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need to cook with and then some. Takes about 15 - 20 minutes to get to the house from the main entrance. Saw wildlife in the yard almost daily. Very clean house, with nice water pressure and plenty of hot water. Our only issue we encountered dealt with the communication with Evolve. We’ve used VRBO many times and usually have answers from homeowners regarding questions we have with an hour. However, this house is managed by Evolve. We asked about the availability of box fans at the house within a few hours of our arrival (a Saturday) via the app and didn’t hear back from them until the following Wednesday (by the way, there are 2 box fans). We also had trouble figuring out the thermostat (Google Nest). I asked via email (since I had not heard back from Evolve via the app by that point) and I have yet to hear back from them (we been back from vacation a week now). The house owners may want to reconsider using them if this is the type of service they are getting.
